Dreamland Resort is a MAN MADE RESORT, Operated by Dreamland Restaurant and Catering Services, Inc. Located at Barangay Janaojanao, San Juan, Batangas. The resort opens at 7 am everyday; however we don’t accept Walk-In Guest BEYOND 5 pm. Reservations, preferably 2 days before, are required for night swimming and overnights.
Located at Brgy. Janaojanao, San Juan Batangas, Dreamland is 6 kilometers away from the town proper and 2.5 kilometers away from the National Highway. The name “Dreamland Resort Inc.” was given by the Department of Trade and Industry and was then owned by Mrs. Editha Sagaral. Afterwards, the company’s name was changed to “Dreamland Resort and Catering Services, Inc.” when it became a corporation.
Dreamland started with the construction of its 1st pool in the year 2000. It was supposedly a private pool for the owner’s family and friends but since the payment for a private pool’s taxes, among others, is the same with commercialized pools, the municipality suggested making the place a public one so that the owner can generate income as well. Dreamland was officially a resort on June 28 2001. After some time, a hall and function rooms were also constructed and was blessed on the 18th of May 2002.
In February 3, 2003, Dreamland Resort became a corporation, having a second name “Dreamland Resort and Catering Services, Inc.” registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission. Construction of a 13 room hotel and of another pool was made in the same year.
On May 2012, Dreamland added a Royalties Pavilion and an Entrance Lagoon and was finished September of the same year. Dreamland Resort has access to a Basketball court, an ample parking lot, the barangay hall and outpost and has a store located right in front of it for customer’s convenience.
Dreamland is currently celebrating its 15th year.
Dreamland Resort has 12 Standard Hotel Rooms and 1 Family Room, equipped with air conditioning, television and a toilet and bath. The Standard Hotel Rooms fit 2-4 persons (additional bed foam for more than 2 guests) while our Family Room can accommodate 4-8 persons.
Other accommodations includes Mushroom Huts (beside the small pool), Small Nipa Huts with up to 10 person capacity, 2 Big Nipa Huts that can accommodate up to 15 persons, Concrete Cottages beside the big pool and Concrete Cottages with a Room that can fit in up to 25 persons.
