Ganghaan Walk
A grand hallway welcomes the guests with a modern contemporary design. The pièce de résistance are photographs from the 51st IEC, mounted on the walls to showcase the first event held at what is now the IC3.
The Plenary
Boasting a seating capacity of over 10,000, IC3 is the largest convention venue in Cebu. The ground floor plenary has movable partitions. A holding room is also available for performers. Breakout rooms function as small, intimate gathering spaces. Ingress and egress is smooth through a delivery ramp from the basement.
Basement Parking
A basement parking area with 255 slots is available for guests, equipped with CCTV cameras. There are allotted slots for PWD parking as well as motorcycle parking. Easy access to the IC3 is via stairs and elevator.
