St. Joseph House of Serenity is one of the destined places where we can experience life better, as willed by the Loving God who invites us to Him. St. Joseph House of Serenity stands amidst the busy traffic along Malhacan Road in Meycauayan, Bulacan. But still, the inherent peacefulness of the place overshadows the hustle and bustle of its surroundings to exude its grandeur. This is a place of serenity – a place to recharge with Jesus’ love and power, to recollect one’s thoughts and experiences, to pray over them and to listen to what God has in store for you.
The statues depicting “The Flight to Egypt” as seen under the huge mango tree in front of the main building exemplify the strong faith of the Holy Family and in particular, of their patriarch, St. Joseph. His fervent trust in the Lord gave him the courage to take his wife and the newborn Jesus to safety. This was brought about by his experience of security with God – to obey and believe…God will do the rest.
The Main Entrance signifies the all-embracing care of St. Joseph, who is most willing to guide everyone in his or her spiritual journey – St. Joseph cares!
The Chapel of Love paves the way for an intimate relationship with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament and in the communal celebration of the Holy Eucharist. Jesus, the Bread of Life, nourishes our hungry souls to regain strength and energy to be able to follow the footsteps of Christ in bringing the Good News to others.
The Multi-Purpose Hall or the Function Hall is a place where our relationship with God and one another develops. It eventually enhances our spiritual journey, as well as the psychosocial development of our personhood.
The Dining Hall brings sustenance to our earthly bodies through healthy and nourishing food needed to reach our spiritual aspirations.
The Bedrooms and Dormitories offer the best resting venue for our dreams for God to be realized.
The Garden of Life shines on those who reflect the beauty of nature as part of God’s loving touch to man.
