The Concepcion family started building this grand dream eight years ago. The idea was to have a relaxing escapade for family reunions and other special occasions. It was but right that the location is at their hometown, accessible to family members. And so the construction began. As the well laid-out architectural plan took form, the Concepcion family thought of a better plan which is to share to Bulakeños, and soon to the whole Philippines, the soon-to-rise landmark of Masuso, Pandi.

Filling up the whole 8,589 sq. m. piece of land, Villa Concepcion Wet & Wild Waves, Inc. has become a magnificent yet humble abode in a span of two years. The villa is, on its own, a superb piece of art, beautifully crafted to inspire and comfort the residents with its well-designed rooms and receiving areas and corners. The ambiance of the whole resort is amazingly peaceful and soothing like taking a relaxing walk along the beach hearing the breaking of the waves on its shores.
