Cocoon Boutique Hotel has a space to accommodate your out-of- office meetings and intimate functions at the ground floor of the hotel.

The Boardroom can be set up as an executive boardroom for 15 people. It is also ideal for intimate meetings or social events with a total of 35 people.

Function Halls A & B

Cocoon Boutique Hotel has the perfect venue for special occasions such as weddings, corporate events, and more. Located on the 6 th floor, the hotel has two function halls are with high-ceiling adorned with stylish Murano chandeliers. Recently renovated, this space now has wall-to- wall carpeting and with wooden calado accents to highlight the walls.

Function Hall A has acoustically-treated walls and can accommodate up to 70 persons; while Function Hall B has glass walls with a beautiful view of the cityscape, and can take in up to 100 persons.

Both function halls are divided by soundproof operable wall dividers.

The Halls can be styled depending on the event theme. For Social Functions, the elegant set-up iscompleted with banquet tables for ten pax and fully upholstered banquet chairs, porcelain plates, fine cutlery and stemware.

For Meetings and Conferences, brand new wood-veneered- top IBM tables and upholstered banquet chairs are efficiently set-up in venues with perfect configuration ensuring most productive sessions.

Grand Ballroom

The Cocoon Boutique Hotel’s Grand Ballroom is the perfect venue for special occasions such as weddings, corporate events, and other milestones. It has a capacity of up to 200 people depending on the set-up.

Located on the 6th floor, guests will be welcomed by the al-fresco laidback resort-type ambience of the swimming pool deck which offers a nice contrast to the modern cityscape, providing a picture perfect setting for a romantic wedding or any other special event.

Inside the hotel’s pillarless Grand Ballroom is a high-ceiling adorned with stylish Murano chandeliers. Recently renovated, this space now has wall-to- wall carpeting and with wooden calado accents to highlight the walls.

It is on one side surrounded by acoustically-treated walls while the opposite end has draped glass walls with a beautiful view of the cityscape.

The Grand Ballroom can be dressed up depending on the event theme. The elegant set-up is completed with tables and chairs, porcelain plates, fine cutlery and stemware. Complete function equipment are available.
